You will mess up. That is what the training Staff is here for. Speaking of the Staff, the other important things are to:
1. Utilize the "Training Request" forum. Any and all requests for a training session must be scheduled though this forum.
2. ASK QUESTIONS, or if you need it, ask for help outright.
3. Accept the critiques and comments from the Staff. We're not here to "get you" or make you look stupid. The comments on performance are not personal they are business. There IS a "right way" and "wrong way" to do ATC at ZNY. We're here to teach you the right way and to make sure you have fun learning it.
Lastly, HAVE FUN This is a fun hobby. The more you enjoy it, the more you'll learn and become addicted to it.
